2cy heuglini with complete tail already 2nd generation. All secondaries are still juvenile. Left wing: P1 2nd gen., P2 missing, P3-P4 juvenile, P5-P6 renewed during winter, P7-P10 juvenile. Right wing: P1 2nd gen., P2 missing, P3 juvenile, P4-P6 renewed during winter, P7-P10 juvenile. This kind of primary moult strategy is not known in 2cy fuscus.
It replaced all tertials to 2nd gen, all wing-coverts and median primary coverts. It also replaced most greater primary coverts, except gpc1,9,10 in the right wing (these are juvenile) and gpc2 missing. Bill-base pale, dark iris.Classic 2cy heuglini
