2cy heuglini, with replaced scapulars, tertials, inner gc, most mc and llc and inner lc. Tail probably replaced as well (outer primaries show bleached tips, and one may argue the tips of the rectrices should be worn as well. Instead, the tips of several tail feathers show white fringes).
In the background is yellow "C4N35" 4cy Herring Gull, L. argentatus.
