3cy heuglini, with typical wing-covert and tertial replacement in the partial autumn moult, as seen in western taxa (upper tertials, inner gc, most mc, and several llc and lc). Secondaries and primaries 2nd gen, except innermost secondaries and tertials. Tail probably completely 3rd gen.
