Bird with limited black in wing-tip, no markings on P5 and no sub-terminal band on P10. Close to Thayer's x Kumlien's but note blackish pigmentation, full band on P6 and black line op P9 connecting medial band with sub-terminal band, which rather indicate 'the paler end of pure thayeri'.
