Some black spots in tail and brown smudge on underwing greater primary coverts indicate immaturity, which age commonly shows more black in wing tip than full adult birds. P5 with complete band. Complete sub-terminal band on P10 and complete medial band on P10 covering much of inner web. P9 also with much black on inner web. Black on P9 completely covers the outer web at the mirror (P9 mirror only on inner web).

Bird probably best matches option Plate 3-I.
