Metal ring from Kiev, Ukraine, L-006341, cachinnans ringed as pullus on June 03 2011 in Lake Svityaz, Shatskiv Distr. Ukraine (51°30'00"N, 23°51'00"E). This is the most north eastern lake and probably visible from the border with Poland (with telescope at least).

Complete moult: P6/P9. Moult gap in outer secondaries, S1 new, S2-S4 or S5 missing, S6 inwards old juvenile. Another moult wave starts from the tertials and progresses outwards, the two waves will meet at about S16. All rectrices dropped and new 2nd gen feathers growing.

S1 new, tip of S2 just visible. Tips of new tail feathers also visible.

below: moult gap in central GC closed, now last moult location in coverts is at small feathers of carpal edge. Lower tertial still old, juvenile. P6 longer than new TT3.
