LBBG 3cy November 08 2001, Westkapelle, the Netherlands.
Probably, this sub-adult LBBG is in 3cy (third winter). The pinkish basal half of the bill, much black on the bill, pale yellowish legs, relatively small white mirror on p10 (arrow 1), white tertial-tips confined to the inner webs and relatively small white tips of the outer primaries are signs of immaturity. In this individual, p9 is full grown and the tip of p10 (arrow 2) has almost reached it's full length. For a 3cy LBBG, the tips of the outer primaries P6-p10) are well-developed, larger than on average.
