Yellow-legged Gull michahellis adult, October 03 2002, Le Portel, France (50.44N,01.35E). 

Another individual with a diffuse black band on the bill, but this is not necessarily related to sub-adultness. The outer primary-coverts appear all grey, as in adults. Primary P8 is fully grown, P9 is at the length of P6 and the PMS is 46.
