Appendix I). Support values for internal branches were derived by likelihood mapping (puzzle 4.0.2, Strimmer & von Haeseler 1997). Major haplotype clades are colour-coded and identified by roman numerals. Occurrences of haplotypes resulting from obvious recent introgression are indicated by dots in the grid cell diagram.
