Active complete moult: P6 just shorter than P5 in length (so P5 fully grown) and P9-P10 still old, with mirror on P10 only. Full black band on P5, large black on outerweb of P4 and black spot on P3. No dark centres on greater primary coverts. Not really hooded appearance.
