Caspian Gull cachinnans is the common breeding species in Ukraine, but this bird certainly has a michahellis look, with short rich yellow legs, clean yellow iris and much black in P10. Also head shape is close to michahellis with fierce look: heavy bill with obvious gonys and square headed.
