Metal ring Kiev (UKK) T-002446; ringed as pullus on May 24 2007 at Kanev, Cherkassy O., Ukraine (49°46'00"N, 31°28'00"E).

2nd gen scapulars have thin dark centre and a greyish base tone. Several inner wing-coverts replaced in post-juvenile moult, but all tertials still juvenile. Note inner primary pattern in last image: bird with brown innerwebs and outerwebs, no obvious venetian blind effect here.
