Yellow PCCZ and metal (PLG) DN25394, ringed as pullus on May 22 2011 at ZB. Kuznica Warezynska, Dabrowa Gornicza, Poland, (50°22' N,  19°11' E). This is a mixed breeding colony in S Poland (near Katowice), with most birds breeding here cachinnans, but in this area also records of very few michahellis are possible (see PDF). PCCZ is classic cachinnans.

Beautiful bird! Brown coverts with broad white tipped GC. 2nd gen scapular pattern just simple blackish triangles in centre on grey base. Last replaced feathers almost completely grey. Second & third picture below: together with Herring Gull L argentatus.
