Yellow PKAC and metal PLG DN-27641; ringed as pullus on May 26 2011 at Kozielno, Paczkow, S-SW Poland, (50°29' N,  16°58' E).

In this area are mixed breeding colonies (near Katowice), with far most birds breeding here are cachinnans, but in this area also records of very few michahellis from the south (e.g. ringed female from Italy) and argentatus from eastern Germany are possible (see PDF).

PKAC is classic cachinnans.

Bird in complete moult: P1-P3 new, P4-P5 growing, P6 missing, P7-P10 old juvenile. All secondaries and rectrices still juvenile. New wing-coverts are boldly barred.

At end of partial autumn moult. Compare to images from June and note all MC replaced again, now looking greyish. Also replaced: upper TT1-2, inner GC1-3 and probably a few single lesser coverts.
