Metal ring UKK T002059, 9CY female Caspian Gull Larus cachinnans, trapped at the nest during incubation on the Wytyckie Lake, end of April 2014. This bird has been ringed as a chick in the Kaniv, Dniepr River, Cherkassy district of Ukraine (610 km away), in May 2006. In 2014 the plastic ring was added.

For 2012, breeding location of 150 pairs cachinnans, of which 54 adults ringed and 158 pulli in 2012 (pers comm. Łukasz Bednarz).

Breeding female trapped at the nest. 9CY, with medium white tongue on P10 (medial band about as broad as white tip); black band on P5 broken by the shaft; no black spot on P4. Very limited speckling in iris. iris is relatively pale. Red orbital ring and gape. No red on upper mandible; faint black line at cutting edge on the upper mandible. Pink-fleshy legs with yellow hue.
