Probably in 3rd cycle. Tricky bird to age as the primary pattern is intermediate and secondary pattern looks advanced for 2nd gen; and the tail seems to be 3rd gen, lacking the full band. Spot near the tip of P3 better fits 2nd gen, and absence of white tips on P3-P6 would be odd for 3rd gen central primaries? Mirror on P10.
