Yellow-legged Gull michahellis 1CY, October 01 2001, Le Portel, NW France.

A strong, powerful individual, with the inner two greater coverts replaced, some medians coverts shed and some medians growing and randomly moulted lesser coverts. Those bulky individuals probably originate from the SE French colonies near Marseille and this individual is most likely to be a male.
